Shirodhara is a classical and well-established ayurvedic procedure where either oil or kashaya,Medicated buttermilk(Takra dhara) will be pouring over the forehead in slow and steady stream. It may last for 20-30 minutes.Usually it is done for 3 to 7 days or as prescribed by the physician.
